Dessert Wines
Crafted from wild Maine blueberries, this Port displays the classically intense fruit flavors of the berry. Sweet yet hearty, our it displays ripe, firm tannins and pairs remarkably well with foods with equally firm tannins, such as dark chocolate, or root vegetable and duck-based reduction sauces. 375mL.
This special wine lets you enjoy a very fruity nose, reminiscent of boysenberry and strawberry. The sweetness on the palate is counterbalanced by natural tartness. It pairs well with any fruity or chocolaty dessert, and particularly well with berry pies and vanilla ice cream. It is best served slightly chilled. (This product contains Strawberries). 375mL.
Produced in the ice wine style, this wine displays an abundance of rich stone fruit on the nose: peach, apricot and lychee, typical of the Gewurztraminer varietal. Classic Gewurztraminer spices of nutmeg and clove infuse this lush wine, remarkably well-balanced by natural acidity. It pairs beautifully with foie gras, light and fruity desserts, stone fruit tarts or pies and cheese cake. Or change things up a bit and serve as an aperitif with dried fruit, crusty bread, Munster and Brie cheeses. 375mL.
